Punches arrive on their own
The clock uploads every punch over the internet as it happens. No ports to open and no computer to leave on.
Late, overtime and absences
Enter each employee's schedule and the math is done for you: late arrivals, early departures, overtime and absences, including split and night shifts.
Monthly Excel
One row per employee per day, with hours as numbers so you can add them up for payroll.
Corrections with a reason
If someone forgot to punch, add the time with the reason. Nothing is deleted: who corrected it and why is recorded.
Employees on the clock
Add the employee in the app and they are loaded onto the clock with their name; they enroll their fingerprint or face there.
Fingerprints stay on the clock
Fingerprints and faces stay on the device. :brand only receives the employee number and the time.
How to get started
- 1 Create your free EzGYM account.
- 2 Under Attendance → Clocks, enter the clock's serial number.
- 3 On the clock, enter the server above under «Cloud server (ADMS)».
- 4 Add your employees with their schedules and start seeing punches.

If your clock only has USB or the Windows program, it has no ADMS and cannot be connected. Check Menu → Communication for «Cloud server» or «ADMS».

Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Connecting the clock, adding employees, seeing punches, reports and the Excel cost nothing. EzGYM only charges for WhatsApp and email message volume, which the clock does not use.
Which clocks work?
ZKTeco and compatible clocks with the ADMS / Cloud server option (PUSH protocol). Clocks with only USB or the Windows program cannot be connected.
Do I need to open ports or install anything?
No. The clock goes out to the internet on its own and connects to our server. It only needs a network (cable or WiFi) with internet access.
Are employees' fingerprints or faces stored?
No. They stay on the clock only. EzGYM receives the employee number, the time and how they punched.
Does it work as a legal time record?
EzGYM is a time control and calculation tool. Legal requirements for time records vary by country: check with your accountant or labor advisor.
What if someone forgets to punch?
The day is marked incomplete. You can add the punch manually with a reason, and who added it is recorded.
