Free time tracking for restaurants

Waiters, kitchen and dishwashers with split shifts, late closings and rotating days off: connect your fingerprint clock to EzGYM and the hours add up on their own.

In a restaurant almost nobody has the same schedule: there is a lunch and a dinner shift, closings after midnight and days off that change. EzGYM accepts two shifts per day and shifts that end the next day, and counts each one on the day it started.

With the ZKTeco clock at the staff entrance, every punch arrives on its own. You see who is working now, who was late and how much overtime each person did this month, without paper sheets or arguments.

At the end of the month you download the Excel with each employee's hours as numbers, ready for your accountant or payroll.

How to set it up

  1. 1 Create your free EzGYM account.
  2. 2 Under Attendance › Clocks, connect your ZKTeco clock with ADMS to the server acceso.ezgym.net.
  3. 3 Add your employees with their number and schedule.
  4. 4 See the day and the month, and download the Excel for payroll.

Frequently asked questions

Does it handle split lunch and dinner shifts?

Yes. Each day can have two shifts, and the grace minutes apply per employee.

What if I close at 2 a.m.?

A shift that crosses midnight counts on the day it started, so the workday is not split in two.

Which clock do I need?

Any ZKTeco or compatible clock with the ADMS / Cloud server option, with fingerprint, face or card.
