The AI WhatsApp bot costs 12 USD fixed per month plus message volume: from 18 USD per month in total. Custom features are quoted separately. PayPal charges its own fee on each payment. What does the AI bot do?
It answers your members on WhatsApp and answers questions about exercises, workouts, schedules, fees and plans using the documentation you upload. It can also take product orders, which are only saved when the member confirms. Every conversation is kept for review. Pricing and terms are detailed in the Pricing section.
What documents does EzGYM issue for US gyms?
For consumer members, EzGYM generates Receipts. For corporate clients, it generates Invoices. Credit and Debit Memos are available for corrections and adjustments.
Is there a federal e-invoicing requirement for US gyms?
No. Unlike some countries, there is no federal mandate for electronic filing of gym invoices in the US. EzGYM generates professional commercial documents in PDF format.
How do PayPal automatic subscriptions work?
When you assign a plan to a member, they automatically receive an email with a link to activate the automatic payment. They click it, approve once on PayPal and that's it — PayPal charges them every billing cycle and the payment is recorded in EzGYM without you lifting a finger. Members also get a confirmation email with their billing cycle details. If the plan price changes, the subscription is cancelled, the member is notified by email and a new invitation is sent automatically.
How do WhatsApp alerts work?
When the service is active, the client has a phone number with country code and alerts are enabled, EzGYM sends notifications for new invoices, upcoming due dates and received payments.
