ZKBio Time and ZKTime are ZKTeco's attendance programs. They are installed on your own computer or server and, depending on the version and number of devices, may require a license.

With EzGYM you install nothing: the clock connects to the cloud over ADMS, the same option ZKBio Time uses, and punches arrive on their own. You see the day, the month and the exceptions from your phone or computer, and download the Excel.

It is a time control and calculation tool for shops and small businesses: employees, schedules with split and night shifts, corrections with a reason and reports. If you need advanced ZKBio Time features, such as multi-door access control or payroll, compare them first.

How to set it up

  1. 1 Create your free EzGYM account.
  2. 2 Under Attendance › Clocks, connect your ZKTeco clock with ADMS to the server acceso.ezgym.net.
  3. 3 Add your employees with their number and schedule.
  4. 4 See the day and the month, and download the Excel for payroll.

Can I use the same clock I had with ZKBio Time?

Yes, if it has ADMS / Cloud server: change the server address to acceso.ezgym.net and you are done.

Do I lose the punches that were in ZKBio Time?

They stay in ZKBio Time. EzGYM records punches from the moment you connect the clock.

Do I have to pay for a license?

No. Connecting the clock and using attendance is free with EzGYM.
