Many workshops use cards or face recognition because fingerprints fail with dirty or worn hands. EzGYM receives punches from any ZKTeco method: fingerprint, face, palm, card or PIN.

You enter each worker's schedule and EzGYM calculates late arrivals, early departures and overtime day by day. If someone forgot to punch, you correct it with a reason and it is recorded.

The monthly Excel has one row per worker per day with hours as numbers, so you can add up overtime and pay it without mistakes.

How to set it up

  1. 1 Create your free EzGYM account.
  2. 2 Under Attendance › Clocks, connect your ZKTeco clock with ADMS to the server acceso.ezgym.net.
  3. 3 Add your employees with their number and schedule.
  4. 4 See the day and the month, and download the Excel for payroll.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work if workers punch with a card?

Yes. EzGYM records how each one punched (fingerprint, face, palm, card or PIN) and counts it the same.

Does it count overtime?

Yes: time worked beyond the schedule, if it exceeds the grace period. Working on a day off counts entirely as overtime.

Do I need a computer in the workshop?

No. The clock goes out to the internet on its own; you see everything from your phone.
